The time frame in which you may see results will vary from patient to patient and the condition being treated. Results may be seen or felt as soon as your 3rd or 4th session but this expectation will be more accurately set during your consultation
There is no one recovery time needed, you may feel sore as if you did a workout. This treatment will target muscles that you don’t normally workout so you may feel discomfort in those muscles that you’ve never felt before!
