How It Works:
Proper care of the skin involves protection from excess sun and various elements, using creams to correct past damage and to stimulate the natural processes that lead to a healthier, more youthful appearance. Adjunctive skin care is critical to maintaining optimal results.
Vitamin A, C and E creams have rejuvenating and anti-oxidant effects for our Victoria, BC skin care patients. Whereas traditional sunscreens need to be reapplied every 2 to 4 hours, vitamin C and E creams confer protection for a full day – filling the gaps between sunscreen applications. At Cosmedica, we only recommend high-quality creams and help direct the right balance of these for each individual's skin type. We work with our patients to develop skin care plans that will deliver high-quality results.
