Fraxel™ re:pair

Benefits/How It Works

Benefits:
Fraxel re:pair® can help men and women in Victoria, British Columbia achieve their skin rejuvenation goals. This fractionated CO2 laser allows for mild to moderate skin resurfacing of the face, neck, chest and hands, balancing safety with results. The Fraxel re:pair laser penetrates deep beneath the skin in the treated area while leaving surrounding skin intact, making it an attractive alternative to traditional CO2 lasers.
Fraxel re:pair treats a variety of skin imperfections such as:
Age spots/sunspots
Wrinkles and furrows
Scars
Irregular texture
If you are considering Fraxel in Victoria, BC, please send us an email or call us at (250) 598-3300 or (877) 598-3380. Board-certified dermatologist Dr. Mark Lupin understands the significance of patient safety and comfort. His practice is dedicated to providing high-quality cosmetic medical care for patients on Vancouver Island.
How It Works:
The Fraxel re:pair laser uses microscopic pixels of ablative laser energy to remove a portion of sun damaged skin and scars while leaving surrounding areas untouched for more rapid healing compared to older resurfacing lasers. Unwanted pigment is reduced and uneven skin texture is improved. New collagen continues to form for up to 6 months following treatment, allowing for a gradual, subtle tightening effect.
At our office in Victoria, the Fraxel laser can treat most body areas. The re:pair treatment can be performed by itself or with the Fraxel re:store DUAL™ laser. These lasers offer an effective way to achieve skin rejuvenation.
