Our dermatology practice in Victoria, BC requires a minimum of 2 business days' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled without 2 business days notice are subject to a non-refundable service charge unless accompanied by a letter from your physician. Longer appointments (see below) require 10 business days notice.
Late Arrivals and No Shows
It is your responsibility to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Failure to arrive on time may result in loss of the appointment and retention of the deposit. This same policy applies if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment.
Deposit, Payment and Refund Policy
Some treatments require a deposit which is due and payable at the time of booking. Deposit, payment and refund policies will be thoroughly explained at the time of booking in our Victoria, BC dermatology practice. Payment in full will be required for longer appointments (e.g. laser resurfacing, Thermage, Ultrashape), at the time of booking. These payments are non-refundable if cancelled with less than 10 business days' notice.
